Emblematic Villa Converted Into Suite Hotel

Five high confort suites without resigning to the genuine character of the villa where they are located.

This villa, designed by the architect Antonio Pintor, was built en 1892 in the emblematic area of Barrio de los Hoteles of Santa Cruz de Tenerife has been the base for developing five suites for an extra hotel touristic accommodation.

Main conceptual lines of the villa such as his constructed volume, plans distribution and façade composition has been respected. Its been possible thanks to a deep analysis of the existing situation so a cleaning treatment and reusing of woods and all decorative elements of the central area of the house has been planed.

Both lateral sides and in both levels of the house are occupied with four suites and a fith one is located in the volume originally occupied by the garage.

The existing cistern is manteined and vegetal species from the area are added to the garden on order to improve it. Finally, a pool and a roof chill out terrace for the residents are added.
