The house is designed as a set of parts arranged on two levels that take advantage of the benefits of views and a high-quality environment.
The first floor, in the form of Ele, composed of two rough concrete volumes, houses the master bedroom suite in one of them and the kitchen and an office in the other, while the living room occupies the central space located in the corner of the L communicates with the garden and pool and, through a double height located above the dining room, is related to the upper floor.
The children’s bedrooms and a games room are located in the two wings of the house. The volume of the upper floor is configured as a smooth white piece that rests on the other two volumes of the house.
