Binter Offices in Tenerife North Airport

A friendly, warm and comfortable workspace

This airline company’s headquarters is located inside the terminal building of Tenerife North Airport occupying spaces originally designed to contain shops. It has a wooden saw-tooth shape roof allowing plenty of daylight in, and the terminal’s centralized air conditioning installations situated on a higher level. The space distribution is laid out with a reception and an open pool in the saw-tooth roof area just next to the entrance whilst on the upper level the toilets, closed offices and a meeting room are located. The distributions are done by using frosted glass divisions and birch wood embeded cupboards, whilst the flooring is industrial parquet in the closed offices, and carpeting covers over raised floors in the work pool. The combination of materials and natural daylight provides a friendly, warm and comfortable work environment.
