In the residential complex for the Santa Cruz de Tenerife’s Port Authority employees, built in the sixties by the renowned architect Luis Cabrera, one of the flats with the best view of the port and the city centre is completely renovated. The rational structural concept of the building allows for the creation of diaphanous and illuminated spaces highlighting the connection with the exterior of each area.
Its modern style is maintained by keeping the original finishing materials and combining them with other materials and furnishings of a similar nature.
