Buenos Aires House

Around the patio

The house is located in the district of El Cabo in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where a cell structure of small plots is predominant, originally with terraced houses.

The facade is facing north, being resolved like strips of skin that provide an interior/exterior relation with the street, diffused with a trellis made of phenolic material.

The distribution is organized on four levels gravitating around a patio which is on the southern boundary of the building, blurring the limits between the uses and the patio. It is glazed on two floors of its southern side and it is visually connected to all the interior spaces.

The fourth level, which takes up half of the floor, allows for a location of a garden terrace on the roof.
