Building of flats Nebrija

A contained setting

On a narrow street in Santa Cruz de Tenerife this building is conceived as a stack of closed boxes made with glass and awnings, rounded off with corten steel plates all contained in a simple concrete frame. Each piece harbours two flats and on the ground floor a corten steel fence serves as the boundary to an open space giving way to the pedestrian and vehicle entrances.
