Architecture, Cultivation and Permanence on the Hillside. The intervention recovers a traditional house located within a terraced hillside property, where architecture and topography maintain a direct relationship with the former agricultural structure of the site.
CONVERSION OF A HISTORIC HOUSE INTO A SUITE HOTEL – Hospitality – Five Suites Within a Historic Villa – The intervention adapts a house built in 1892, located in the historic residential district of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and originally designed by Antonio Pintor, for use as suite hotel accommodation.
MENCEY STRATEGY AND SITE IMPLEMENTATION – Hospitality – The Hotel as Continuation of Urban Space – The intervention within the grounds of Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey forms part of a broader operation involving the extension of gardens, the reorganization of access routes and the upgrading of infrastructures linked to the hotel and its relationship with the city.
SUITE HOTEL SALOMÉ · Iberostar Selection Anthelia – Hospitality – Lightness, Light and Continuity Facing the Sea – The intervention in the suites pavilion of Iberostar Selection Anthelia introduces an additional floor above the existing building together with the complete renovation of the suites, terraces and exterior spaces associated with the complex.
